I’m a travel enthusiast and even though I spend most of the year in school, I still manage to see new places.  There has to be a balance in life, right?  I think I first “caught the travel bug” when I was 16 and visited Peru- their rich culture and beautiful landscapes impacted me in a way that I will be forever indebted to.  From then on out, travel became a part of me- with a desire to see it all.  Not just abroad, but within the US as well.

When I am not spending my day working throughout the hospital (yay pharmacy residency!) or day dreaming of potential excursions, I spend my time with my amazing dog, Tioga.  Tioga was named after Tioga Pass in Yosemite National Park.  (If you have never been to Yosemite, GO!  Pictures can’t even do it justice.)  Anyways, Tioga and I love to hike, adventure around the Front Range, and go on runs through Denver’s parks.  He even loves to accompany me to the base of a climbing crag (for the non-climbers, a crag is an area with a lot of climbing routes on it) or our local climbing gym.
